Do you niche?
Recently, over at Mamaneedsabookcontract, we talked about niches (we choose a theme each week, and blog on it - its amazing how simple a topic becomes diverse and complex answers).
This week our theme was ‘niches’ - which is important to bloggers.
All of the answers that were posted resonated with me, but Heather’s post was the best for bloggers. So, go read it, and then come back.

Blogging is turning into the next big ground for waging war on the search engine rankings. To make the MOST of your blog, you should - really - make sure that your headline contains keywords that relate directly to your post - which, in turn, gives you a link that relates to the content, stuffed with those keywords.

Hi guys - I’m setting up a website for parents with kids, with behavioural issues.
I’m looking for parents to interview, offer anecdotes ‘etc’ - for the moment it’s just the blog, but I am looking at writing a book, once we find the ‘magic’ tactic that works with my little one, and others.
